Elitrix Exports and Business Solutions Private Limited was founded and established in 2016 by our visionary founder Mr. Sagar Shejul. The company was founded with a vision to bridge gaps in various industries by offering a broad spectrum of products with an emphasis on quality and innovation. The company began its operations by trading and exporting various commodities across the globe.

In 2020, the company launched a fashion brand "SpryKnight®", with an idea of a fashion brand that would go on to inspire and influence youngsters. With an unwavering belief in the power of innovation, sustainability and creativity, SpryKnight® quickly gained recognition for it’s bold approach and high-quality products.

In 2024, Mr. Rajeev Nalawade joined in as a Director, having expertise in Industrial Supplies, FMCG Sales and Marketing. Our company's journey continued with a simple yet powerful idea to create brands that speak to the needs of today’s consumers—those who value style, quality, and responsibility. With keen understanding of market trends, both Mr. Shejul & Mr. Nalawade saw an opportunity to merge their skills to make everyday products more accessible. SpryKnight® as a fashion brand captured the attention of young, fashion-forward individuals seeking modern styles that blended comfort, sustainability, and elegance.

In parallel, the company launched it's FMCG brand "Bhoomi Sattva™" with the goal of delivering essential, everyday products that prioritized quality and sustainability. The brand focuses on offering essential everyday products that are of the highest quality while being mindful to be affordable in price.
